6th Austrian JI/CDM Workshop

27-29 January 2010, Vienna
Around 150 participants from over 20 nations have joined the team of the Austrian JI/CDM Programme for the Programme's sixth annual JI/CDM Workshop held in Austria's capital on 28 and 29 January, 2010. More than 25 international high-level speakers from public authorities, international financing institutions, verifiers, project developers and other key players on the carbon market have discussed topics like outcomes of the Copenhagen Conference (COP 15), its implications on flexible mechanisms, as well as current and possible future developments on the international carbon market.
Kommunalkredit Public Consulting, which manages the Austrian JI/CDM Programme on behalf of the Austrian Ministry of Environment, would like to thank all speakers for their excellent contributions and all participants for their interest in this event.
The seventh Austrian JI/CDM Workshop will be held in January 2011, a strategic time to update the audience on future developments right after COP 16 in Mexico - another decisive event for international climate change community with major implications expected for carbon markets.
The team of the Austrian JI/CDM Programme is looking forward to meeting you then again in Vienna!
